Tell us what happened
Include the screen or feature, the steps that led to the problem, and your device model and app version. If you include screenshots, hide any personal information you do not want to share. Never send passwords, verification codes, or payment-card details.
Account and sign-in help
Use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen to reset your password. If a verification email is missing, check your spam folder. Contact us if you still cannot sign in.
Subscriptions and purchases
For an Apple subscription, manage or cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases in Riva if an existing subscription is missing. Contact support if access is still unavailable.
Privacy and account requests
Contact us for help with account deletion, privacy questions, or reporting another user. Please describe the issue without sharing another person’s private information unnecessarily.
